The adventures of Mommy woman
Dos and Don'ts
Published on March 1, 2004 By JillUser In Blogging
I Personally find Sir Pete amusing at times but if a woman takes him seriously at all, they tend to get perturbed. Here is a guide to help:

Do:
Read Sir Pete's stuff if you don't take him seriously and are in it to play along and have a good chuckle.
Egg him on so he will give outrageous replies.
Give raspberries to anyone who gives you guff about egging him on since you have as much right to do that as anyone has the right to pander to him.
Delete his comments to your own articles since they are rarely relevant to the topic.

Don't:
Take him seriously....ever!
Worry about others taking him seriously. I highly doubt anyone is doing anything but having a bit of fun.
Read his stuff if you are looking for legitimate information.

If you follow those few guidelines, it won't matter to you what he is doing. I think that some people currently love to love him and some love to hate him. None take him seriously and that is the fun of it.

Good day to you all.

Thank you Sir Pete, I will be more than happy to never speak to you again and not have you come on Urban Faery's site ever again. That is what we hoped for all along in the multiple times we asked to leave. We haven't been continuing this debate you have, you can't seem to let it go. If this is truly the end that is great. I hope I never have to think about you and your supposrters again... I guess you'll see if we decide to go to Brad or not.

I really couldn't care less if you go to Brad or not you silly litte girl, I am entitled to express an opinion on an article and if the author doesn't like it they can remove my comments and blacklist me. You're not at school anymore telling tales to the teacher so i suggest you go away and grow up and we won't have to have anything more to do with each other- Now that is the end of it you are dismissed young lady, Goodbye!

Urban Faery, I think you are taking yourself way too seriously. Think about it "cock loving lesbian" isn't that a bit contradictory? Your comment about a 10yr old stumbling onot your site bugged me because I wouldn't want my 10yr old reading stuff about "cunt". I am personally offended by that word but that is my own hang up. You have every right to use that word and Sir Pete has every right to call people "silly girl".

I think you are both inexperienced online. If someone comments you can click on their name, go to their blog and check them out. That will give you a better frame of reference. If you see the person is full of crap, it won't bug you as much. It is the old addage "consider the source". If Brad commented on my blog that I was ignorant, it might bother me. If Sir Pete does, I just chuckle and launch something back at him.

This whole experience is reminding me of relationships on Survivor

I'm not saying I condone Sir Peter Maxwell's comments on your Urban Faery, but you could always ban him from posting on your articles. However, you do have to expect that some people might respond to your entries as Sir Peter Maxwell has, just as I expect that some people might tell me to grow up or something when I post.

I'm sure I've seen a fight like this somewhere before!! It gets your ratings up, but it is a complete pain in the ass to deal with Or should I say a pain in the proverbials??

Good luck to you all, m'darlins!

Glad you appreciated it. It was meant in good humor toward all involved. Life is a lot more enjoyable when you just lighten up sometimes.

I enjoyed reading over my previous witty comments, although it is somewhat unpleasant to see me arguing with Urban Faery as I have since declared my love for the dear lady.

Jilluser I don't know much about you - how old are you, where are you from, are you attractive?
on Mar 28, 2004
Well Sir Pete, I'm 33, I live in Michigan (USA) and my husband certainly thinks I'm attractive. I am therefore too old and too married for you I am certain
on Mar 28, 2004
Well some ladies are still mountable at 33 so please do not discount your chances, also you being married will not hold me back as I hold extramarital affairs in high esteem

Why is there an argument in the first place? It seems someone took offense to what someone else said to them online? It seems urban faery might have been somewhat sheltered in life... You will meet people that disagree with you in worse ways in real life you should learn to shrug it off there is a term for it "composure". A lot of people would perceive how easily you get upset as weakness and use it against you. This is just some advice don't take it personal. Peter Maxwell is colorful but he could not be compared to someone that could offend you in real life and notice that you offend easy. I have met people like that before, they would capitalize on the fact that it is easy to push your buttons. Nuff said peace.

I don't know if this is just me but I always seem to be at the end of posts, i.e. kill the discussion. Is it me or do I reply at the wrong time...

How funny that some of the same people who advocate for a blog-censor-God - in Brad - now want free speech, arguing that one can control thier own site quite well.

You are now responsible for every blog and slight that these thin-skinned, non-members want you to delete or censor Brad. Great job.

Censoring or deleting SPM is not a credit to the site at all. It's like picking at a scab to say you don't like his comments and then go look to incite them and say HE'S wrong.

Ridiculous.
