What is joe user like?

I don't get out a lot and am limited in the types of people I interact with. I am interested in what a typical day in the life of people out there is like. For instance, my typical day:

I am usually the first up in the morning (not by choice! I am not a morning person)
I get my son up and ready and off to school.
I get my preschooler some breakfast and get him watching some cartoons or playing with cars.
I throw some laundry in (every day!) to wash.
I grab some coffee and check my email (and more recently check the blogs on JoeUser)
My husband is usually heading off to work by then so I kiss him goodbye and wish him a good day.
I shower, dress, make beds.
I always have dishes, meals to plan and general tidying up to do.
Each day has either phone calls, bils to pay or errands to run (sometimes all of the above)
I am then ready to pick my son and neighbor up from school.
I get my son a snack and go over his homework with him.
Once the boys are off and running around together, I usually take another look at email and blogs then start dinner.
After dinner there is cleanup. We usually watch TV for about an hour.
Then it is bath time for the kids.
Once I get the kids bathed and in bed, I get my son's backpack ready for the next day.
I usually have enough energy to wrap up with the laundry I started, watch a little more TV or do some reading.

What is your day like?

I wake up at 6, beat my sister to the shower, get ready and eat breakfast while reading the newspaper or doing some last minute studying. At 7:40, I leave the house and walk to school. I have to be in my Nat'l Honor Society homeroom by 7:55. First period I have Advertising & Illustration, 2nd period is Advanced Algebra, 3rd is Participation in Gov't. 4th is Senior Composition (do nothing in that period but talk with my friend, yet my teacher loves me because I'm a good writer) 5th period is my only free period, I go to the commons and eat or to art rooms to work on projects. 6th period I go to the nearby elementary school to help in a first grade classroom. 7th is Spanish 4, and 8th period is AP Anatomy & Physiology. 9th pd. is either Anatomy lab or phys ed. School ends at 2:39, and I usually have to stay after for club meetings(Art Club, SADD, or Peace Club) Then I either walk home or bum rides from friends. I do my homework, then I drive my 11-year old sister to whatever activitiy she has that night. Then I take my dogs for a 30 minute walk, and feed them and the rabbit. Then I usually watch some TV and play with my 3 year old nephew if he's over, and eat dinner. Then I go to sleep. And that's all.

Your schedule reminds me of my high school days. You help with a first grade class and have a 3yr old nephew. I have a son in first grade and a 3yr old son at home.

typical day? Not much is typical about my day. We can go with how many of the days go:
Get up at 5am, shower, get dressed, comb hair out (bad joke, if you know what I mean...)
Drive an hour to work.
Do whatever it is that it is that I do at work.
Drive another hour home.
Chase down child (who is probably at her Grandparent's by then)
Let weiner dogs out.
Make dinner for the husband and kid (unless husband is working 2nd shift, in which case he can fend for himself)
Feed weiner dogs
pack lunches for the next day
Let weiner dogs out.
Bathe child and put her in Jammies.
Let weiner dogs out.
Clean up kitchen and throw a load of laundry in
Set clothes out for daughter for next day
Let weiner dogs out.
Get backpack and coat set for next day
Do a little photo work
finish laundry
Let weiner dogs out.
Put weiner dogs in their bed
get kid to bed
Pay bills or do other paperwork
Do a little more photography stuff
Get to bed about 11pm and pass out until 5am

well... its not to typical.

I wish it was.

In some ways I am still getting my life back together so having a normal day is a little hard for me.

But I am on a good track and figuring out how to avoid trouble.

Just bewtween you and me and everyone on the net

I missed school today and I am royally pissed off about it. I decided to take a nap in y own bed since I was home today and it lasted till 4:30pm... since I was still in dream/sleep mode I told myself I didn't need to go to school tonight at 6pm so I went back to sleep.

Not very professional... Plus I could have learned stuff that I may not learn from the book.

I got a long weekend ahead of me boy... catch up aint fun. (but I love the pressure... very strange I am)

here is my day.
I get woken up around 8:30-9ish by my little tot saying dada. my husband when goes get the tot and changes his diaper and stuff, while I get up and use the bathroom and put my contacts in. I get breakfast for the tot and I. I eat my breakfast while surfing the web. I get the tot out of his chair so he came play. I will then go to play on my computer for an hour or so. after that I play with the tot for an hour to two hours. I feed him lunch and I eat my lunch. We will play anywhere from a half an hour to 45 minutes trying my hardest to wear him out. if I do it right the tot will take a 3 to 3 and half hour nap. other wise he will only sleep for an hour at most. during his nap I do laundry and try to take a nap myself. I than make the tot a snack and turn on the kid computer so that he can watch a movie. at 4:30 I make dinner. we eat dinner as a family. my husband and I will play with the tot until it is his bed time. At 8pm the tot goes to bed and I will get on my computer to play a game.
oh if I have a error to run I do those in the morning but not often do I have an error to run. if we need to go food shoping I wait until my husband is home from work and we will go has a family. if we have bills they get paid after the tot is in bed. and we clean house on the weekends.

Honey! Don't worry about someone else's typical day! Go out and make a day for yourself. You NEED to get out once in a while!
