The adventures of Mommy woman

It isn't flowers or cards or dinner or hand made crafts that matter today.  The best gift on Mother's Day is the gift of being a mom.  I guess I was feeling a little sorry for myself hearing about other moms getting gushed over today.  Then a feeling of joy came over me as I watched my little baby girl ripping apart the TV guide...I'm a mom.  That's the greatest gift today and every day.

I have wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember.  I have friends who haven't been able to have children and that breaks my heart.  I am blessed with three beautiful, wonderful, healthy, happy children.  I get to spend my days with them.  Sure, some times it feels more like a burden than a blessing but mostly it feels like the best gift of all.

Happy Mother's Day to all the lucky ladies like me.

Happy Mudder's Day

Ditto!

So how is that little princess?  Been awhile since I have read anything about her.  I get news on the boys from Brad, and they seem to be doing very well!

Thanks guys.  Our princess is fabulous.  She's 9 months old now.  She weighs in at 22lbs and is 30inches tall now.  That puts her in the 95th percentile height and 90th weight.  She's is crawling and pulling herself up to a standing position.  She's into everything!

I really need to post new pics.  I've just been so busy running after her and her bros are in baseball and tae kwon do.  Life is happily crazy right now!

And the boys are spoiling her I bet!

Thanks for the update.  And Happy Mother's day again!

Aw, thanks TW. I most certainly feel the same about you. Whenever I start feeling sorry for myself about being stuck with the kids "all the time" I think of you and don't feel so bad anymore. I don't know how you do it and you certainly deserved the flowers and the kids treating you well.

I think moms should get more than a day though. Our teachers just got an appreciation WEEK. I think we should get appreciated more than teachers not less! After all, we teach the kids the important stuff...like how to go potty

No one gushed over you for mother's day?

Bad Brad, Baaa'aad! ~smacks hand and directs him to FTD online.~

I second that! Jill, you're a goddess, and you DO deserve a whole week. A month, even! You are so dedicated to those kids. You're a very special mom.

You are right, there is no greater calling in the world than being a mom. Thank you for being a great one!
