The adventures of Mommy woman

A friend of mine just gave birth to her second child and were reflecting on how quickly we forget what newborns are like. They are like a completely different creature! Then I got to thinking about how once they get to be about 5 or 6 months old, they are this fun little cuteness machine.

It is as if you have a newborn for 3 or 4 months, it is replaced with a new creature called an "infant". Your infant then gets replaced with a toddler, then a preschooler, then an elementary school age child, then comes the age of puberty, a whole new creature called a "teen", then a young adult. Even the young adult is reborn when it becomes a parent.

Moms cry in mourning when that infant starts walking and rejoices in the birth of the toddler. Just as she cries when that preschooler dies the minute it steps onto the school bus for the first time and an elementart schooler is then born. I know that death sounds like a harsh way of describing it, but I feel it is fitting. Once that baby starts walking, there is no going back. You will never see that little baby again. There is no turning back. A new phase of life takes over.

aid to families with dependent children or welfare as its commonly called is a failing program as it should be its not about being white black hispanic or otherwise. its about saving dollars our dollars i.e. taxpaying citizens who go to work to earn dollars nobody is subsidizing me or my lifestyle i pay real rent 500.00 a month whereas an afdc recipient pays generally 20.00 a month in subsidized housing so lets do the math me i make 1200.00 a month. my expenses 500.00 rent 180.00 insurance food 300.00 utilities 200.00 thats 1180.00 now for the average afdc recipient for 2 children gets 419.00 cash and 368.00 foodstamps national average free health insurance for the mother and children and not to mention the vast network of social agencies that povide fuel assistance clothing additional food ect that the average working person will not qualify based on financial earnings but its not about us versus them its a question of should we the taxpaying citizens who make viable contributions to society at large to subsidized people profiting from having sex and bearing children in which they can not take care of financially theres no reason why a person who has no visible means of support should be able to make the decision to have a child in which we will end up paying for. me i propose MANDATORY STERILIZATION FOR EVERYONE UNTILL YOU CAN PROVE TO A BOARD OR COMMITTEE THAT YOUR ARE FINANCIALLY AND MENTALLY ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILD. if i dont have to pay my neighbors rent why should i be forced to pay women to bear children "FREEDOM IS NEVER FREE"
