The adventures of Mommy woman

One of my requests for my birthday this year was a massage chair.  Yesterday it arrived.  Oh how I love that chair!

It is in the bedroom right by my side of the bed.  You can watch TV or listen to music while enjoying it.  I gave both a try yesterday.  When it first arrived I got in it for about 20 mins.  My sons of course were begging me most of that time for a try.  That 20 mins gave me such a boost in energy!

It is amazing how much lower back pain can suck the life out of you.  Those poor pregnant women you see walking around looking like they are about to drop, I bet about half their problem is muscle pain.  Mine sure seems to be.  Of course lack of sleep can result from the pain and we all know how hard it is to function when you are sleep deprived.

My magic chair is black leather and has a massaging foot rest.  It has a remote that controls your legs, recline, incline, shoulder height, type of massage, etc.  It is sooooo nice!  It is even magic enough to help a poor pregnant lady up by setting the legs back down and inclining back up to a vertical position that is easy for dismount.

So happy early birthday to me, I got my magic chair!  Thank you to my loving hubby!  Next I'll be getting my new washer and dryer!  I'll be set for about a decade or so (I'm a pretty simple creature).

I like that.  Magic chair.  Enjoy your magic chair, even after your girl is born.

Oooh, I'm so jealous. To me that is almost the best part of a pedicure, the massage chair.

Now all you have to do is get someone to come to your home to do your feet!! I think that's just swell and a great gift!

Meh, I'm losing sight of my feet anyway

You are so right!

Thanks Doc. I'm sure I'll need it when she's here. If I recall, carting a newborn around especially with the infant carrier, my lower back pain will be around for quite some time to come.

I thought this article would be a little more imagination/fantasical in nature by the title, but it sounds absolutely lovely, no matter.

hehehe... everytime we go to the mall, Kole wants a shot at the massage chair. Kids.

I have to admit that it would have been nice in the early stages of labor to have a massaging chair. Enjoy it !
